Ivan is the founding partner of ICL Lawyers. He has years of experience in practicing law, business and other fields. Those experiences is what made him recognized as one of Indonesia's most innovative practitioner. His practice focuses on the representation of companies in connection with the defense of regulatory, white-collar criminal and complex civil litigation matters. He also regularly advises clients in connection with internal investigations and corporate governance and compliance reviews.

Over the years Ivan has worked on, amongst others, merger and acquisition of one of Indonesia's largest Food and Pharmaceutical company, major private hospitals representation, real estate disputes and acquisition, corruption and money laundering litigation, music and content publishing company representation and other various legal representations.

Ivan graduated from the University of Parahyangan and also a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
